A TIME-HONOURED BRAND IN THE OPEN-AIR SCENE
The Italian chapter of the history of CI began in 1976 when the British CI Ltd opened a factory at Varedo (Monza) to build caravans, expanding with the opening of a service centre in Tuscany two years later. CI (Caravans International) was established by the British subsidiary in 1983 and began manufacturing caravans soon becoming a key player in the growth of the recreational vehicle industry in Italy.
In 1999, the CI Group joined Trigano, one of the most established in recreational vehicle production and distribution. Having grown over time by acquiring time-honoured companies and brands operating in the open-air scene, Trigano brought together the separate stories of these different families and valorised our work in Italy, thus consolidating a manufacturing group that now has 5 factories in Tuscany, Umbria and Abruzzo.
Discover Trigano, the group with a deep connection to the local communities where it operates, made up of a constellation of companies all joined by experience and common values.
