Trigano Spa would like to inform you that the Privacy Code calls for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. In full compliance with this law, users’ data will be treated under the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency protecting the confidentiality and rights of participants. As established by the Privacy Code, Trigano Spa informs you that: 1. These data will be gathered and organised by automated and other means and kept as highly confidential; 2. They will be used to process the request for services in progress (including any processing following the receipt of curriculum vitae), for sending informative, advertising and promotional materials and market surveys of our company and to notify commercial information on paper or electronic media; 3. These data will not be disclosed to other subjects, except our business partners (e.g. dealers, agents, component suppliers) for the purposes mentioned above; 4. The data will not be distributed. Data conferment is necessary for processing the request for services in progress. Permission for data processing in order to process the request of the person concerned, of the judicial authority or for purposes envisaged by law is not required as processing is necessary to fulfil same. In particular, the use of personal data provided directly by users who forward requests to receive informative material or candidacy proposals (“curriculum vitae”) is confined only to the fulfilment of the service requested and the said data are disclosed to third parties only when necessary for this purpose. On this subject, we wish to point out that sensitive data are not to be forwarded (i.e. revealing religion, political beliefs, state of health, sexual life, etc.). We must also inform you of the fact that we use cookie technology only to obtain information on navigation within our site and to allow the operation of certain services that require identification of the user’s path through different pages of the site. Trigano’s cookies are normally anonymous and do not keep trace of the user’s personal data. We need your permission to use your e-mail address (if you give it to us) that will be asked of you in different pages of the site, where applicable, or for promotional activities on our products.
